Spiced Turkey Burgers with Green Olives and Feta – Pinch My Salt.

And to keep your mouth watering (because it totally is after reading the title of this recipe) I’m also planning to make sea salt brownies and a mixed berry pie, which is always a classic summer favorite!

Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato fries are one of my all time favorite foods to make because it satisfies both the sweet and salty craving in one bite. An absolute staple in my college diet, I’d serve sweet potato fries as a side to almost any chicken or beef dish because it’s a simple and tasty finger food. With a special blend of olive oil, salt, pepper and a cumin/paprika blend these fries come out with a slight crisp but do maintain a softer, mushier interior.


The best part is that these fries are health conscious because I bake them! I always choose to bake or grill over frying to avoid excess oil in my recipes. Although they don’t pack the crisp and crunch that some restaurant fries do, you’ll feel happier and satisfied (even if you eat the whole bowl!)
